Today’s Ab Routine 
3-4 rounds 🔺30 Vups ( I like to use a weighted ball) 🔺60 bicycles
🔺30 weighted sit-ups 🔺60 flutter kicks 🔺30 toe touches 🔺60 mountain climbers 🔺5 minutes jump rope ( or some type of high intensity cardio of your choice)
