2 months progress picture :) From Week 1 to 4, i did the Ab’s Ilicious Challenge (here) and ran twice a week ; from week 4 to 8 i made a simple schedule with abs workouts twice/week + running twice/week + 1 leg day (schedule here). And i never worked my abs more than 20mns/day. And the most important : adapted food, which means healthy + treats. :)

Eating right for beautiful skin and optimal health means adding more fruits. But what if you are eating a good amount of fruits, but you still CRAVE all sort of food that you know isn’t healthy, and its just lying around the house because a family member or roomate eats it.
this one is a tough, because positive / good vibes 🙌 surrounding you matter and sometimes influence your actions. my parents aren’t vegan and its tough when i’m home for a long visit. something which worked excellently for me when i was eating unhealthy and transitioning slowly is —- i made a list ✏ 📓 of all the foods i loved and knew were junk food on a piece of paper, and right next to them i wrote an alternative. so when i’m about to go reach for that unhealthy food that is lying around the house, i look at the list. it works fabulously when you carry it around too. after you get used to that — it becomes a habit after that and believe it or not you won’t even need the list anymore. it’ll be ingrained in your mind and become a lifestyle.👍 for instance,
